Continuous Foaming Plant
The Cenflex facility is equipped with only the second Multi Flex basic continuous foaming plant imported from the German company, Hennecke. This machine is a high pressure liquid lay down system, which ensures finer mixing of chemicals and greater control on the foam's cell structure-from very coarse to very fine - to suit the needs of every consumer. This machine also guarantees absolutely pin-hole free foam-which is the highest quality of foam. This type of foam is supplied only by Cenflex and is essential to processes such as flame lamination, auto components and several other applications.
Cutting Equipment
Imported from the reputed German suppliers Fecken-Kirfel, this high-tech cutting machinery has the ability to cut any thickness with great precision and accuracy. This high precision cutting has several distinct uses. |
